Same is applicable in my country. Thanks for bringing this one. I don't even believed it will be easy for investors to buy a house that is from a ritualist. The psychological effects is very high.

I don't even see this as the best. Because personally I won't even like taking such a risk of buying properties that were originally control by scammers. They might seize such a property from you.
