I'm actually working smart, because I'm the kind of person to think before he act so he doesn't make too many mistakes, I'm a calculated person so I will obviously work smart because first comes the personality and then such a person accomplish it in his work. I can say that i am doing the both , but you have to be working smart even though you are working hard, because working hard sometimes and not working smart some time might render your work useless.
