Why it is Hard for Introverts to Become Successful?

Whether you are a job holder, self employed, or a businessman, you need to be extrovert to become successful. If you are introvert, it will be very difficult to become successful in your professional life. Becoming successful in career means networking and building public relationship, if you are introvert, this will not be possible for you. If you are introvert, consider taking personality development and public speaking training.

There are levels to being an introvert. Not all introverts are incapable of working jobs an extrovert usually does. It just means they're less social and interactive towards others. I am an introvert and that's why I work online for a living. I worked a call center job as I've said many times in the past, and that was so anxiety inducing to me, because of my social anxiety and being an introvert.

Taking classes and training to improve on it is a great option, but not everyone will want to go through that process. It's hard to push introverts to do anything.
