Workplace conflict Management and resolution

As a manger, i feel one should put up a no fighting or arguing policy at workplace. This will make workers conscious of themselves and they would try to work together peacefully.
 
Well I learnt the fact that conflicts should always be faced squarely and hands on approach should be used as well.
I'll like to invite the parties that are in conflict and make sure their views are aired. Conflict among workers if not settled isn't good at all
 
It is very important to call those involved to bring about an amiable solution to whatever problems they might be having. Each party expresses himself and whoever seems to be in the wrong should apologize and that is all.
Personally I believe that there is a team that is supposed to be charged with the responsibility of handling such as understanding and conflict in a business organisation in order for it to be blown out of proportion.
 
As a manager, you must be able to make a meeting point in between two employees that aren't seeing eye to eye. This meeting point would be able to highlight each person's opinion without stepping on the other one.
A manager must also become a psychologist who's able to detect and also manage conflict between his or her subordinates when theres crises within the organisation.
 
When conflict occurs between two people, it is your duty to hear from both party before you can pass the judgement. You must not give room for emotion to take place in your sense of judgement. You should avoid taking side with anyone and be firm in your judgement and punishment.
 
As long as two or more people are working together in a particular company there will always be misunderstanding and it's something that should be handled so that it will never interfere with the business activities.
 
Conflict management is one of the most important thing a manager should know before managing a business, cause you will be running into the situation from time to time, so you need to be good in managing the situation when ever it occurs
 
If there is any problem in a business organisation , it is always the manager that should be hold responsible and they are to make sure they run a business that is free from problem
 
Actually as you have mentioned, conflict at work place is inevitable even though ti can be managed and control. there are so many causes of conflict and if such can be controlled, conflict itself can be controlled.

According to Max Lucado in a quote he said “Conflict is inevitable but combat is optional”. This simply means in workplace or amongst team everyone always have different perspective or technique to how a work should be done and this might lead to a split to how things should be done which slows down organization productivity
. Conflicts might also be between business owners and clients or customers over unpaid debts or services.

As a manager or team lead how do you manage conflicts in your businesses between co-workers or clients?
Managing conflicts is not easy especially when the both party believe they are not to be blamed. I believe the best approach is to call the two parties and ensure they settle things out. And punish who ever deserves it

But that is not the only factors that can possibly leads to business success. There's so many business that are focused just the way you said but most of them were not able to survive till this day .
