I think the unemployment level is so high because of the government failure to provide job opportunities for the people since they are in control of the mineral resources
The very first and most important way of combating unemployment is to go by the way of population control. Once this is achieved, then the small resources can go round and be carefully managed by everyone. We're currently more than our means of sustenance

There are many reasons why it seems unemployment is on a steady increase but a very obvious one is the fact that the population is growing more than available jobs.
Very true. Year after year we get new and fresh graduates coming into the market in search for jobs when there are no jobs available out there.
Yeah, the population is really growing. And all these people somehow manage to get schooled and that increases the number of graduates in the search for jobs. Many people should be taught self employment instead.

Oh well, i don't totally Believe that there are no jobs out there, it's just that graduates are not qualified for the jobs out there and the few jobs they are qualified for , a lot of them are fighting for it
In a country where the government does not have any plans for the system, unemployment will be one of the many things that will skyrocket. There are no jobs anywhere and the ones available are given to the connected ones.
Exactly ,it is the government of the country that make up a country and if the the government do not really care for the citizen that is how is going to be, so unfortunate that is what is happening over here.

I think we've made things too complicated. For example, there are many opportunities to earn online, but most people do not have the skills needed. Instead of focusing on what we can do, we waste that time on fruitless ventures instead
We should understand now that what we are being taught in schools is not what is needed actually in the labour market, majority of those who are employed now had to relearn the basics.
