Staff are an important force in every organization, they represent what the business stands for and can contribute to the growth or downfall of the organization

Overtime staff can become disgruntled due to several reasons such as:

1. Low pay

2. Lack of motivation

3. External factors (Personal issues)

4. Not meeting sales targets

5. Disliking the Boss

6. Disliking colleagues

As the manager, it is imperative to notice signs of dissatisfaction in staff and resolve the issues by:

1. Calling up the staff and enquiring why they are unhappy.

2. Organising staff training.

3. Having adequate employees benefit such as health care plans

2. Giving bonuses or rewards for their efforts where necessary.

3. Resolving staff disputes and creating a healthy working environment.

4. Knowing when to let go, after all has been said and done , terminating a disgruntled staff's appointment may be the best option.
 
It is very interesting the topic you have developed here, with the positives and negatives that can be found in an offline company. Nothing to add, only that to get to the dismissal of a disgruntled staff must be followed up in order to execute such action legally.
 
Making staffs that are distgrunted happy is the best solution to this issue, increase their pay when needs be, call them and ask their opinion whenever you feel they looks like you don't value them, give them bonus to encourage them.

You're right. Before an employee become disgruntled many factors must have affected it to go that way. So when the employer chat with such worker he or she will find out what really made such staff to feel so, by help such staff to feel better again.
 
If you are positioned in the same job for a long time, you will lose interest. There is an element of monotony when you are doing the same thing for a long time. Employer should understand this.

You mentioned that terminating a distributled staff satisfing is the best option, what if the said staff is the best staff among others who has been doing everything possible to ensure his or her task is well done, will you still terminate the contract..?
 
Several reasons may be responsible for this scenario in which members of staff would become disgruntled at their duty posts. Most of these reasons may be due to the fault from the company's management. Sometimes it could be as a result of the employees rebellious act.
 
Well said, like I always say that customers and staffs especially are the engine of every business so how well one treats his staffs would have an effect on the overall yield of the business
 
Most of the reasons staff may feel disgruntled about a workplace is what actually leads to demotivation and once the demotivation sets in finally, the staff thinks of exit which is why management should think of ways to motivate staffs periodically.

One thing that gets to workers is low pay or delay salary. I believe this could be ever workers nightmare. Its scary, there is this feeling of uncertainty. Even when you know it might be a minor issue, there is always this sense of fear. Like recently i have not been earning biznotes as i should be, based on my activities here. The first thing that makes staff/employee disgrunted is the issue of bonus and reward, they always want the boss to appreciate their hard work and effort towards the business or company and the second one is disliking the boss, there are some boss that are always hard on the staff.
 
When your staff become disgruntled it could be due to payment options or rather maybe your attitude towards your staff is not just favorable.
 
Businesses need work force and the people need organizations where they can work a earn money. Therefore, businesses should make the employees happy and employees should work diligently.
