What to Become Successful? Put Your Emotions Aside?

While emotions are natural and a lot of us are emotionally charged people, however, if you want to become successful in your career, either in a job, self employment, or a business, you will have to keep your emotions aside. Well, you don’t have to be ruthless to become successful, but you need to subdue your emotions and think logically, do not let your emotions to influence your decision and judgement.

That is easier said than done. Emotions come with just about everything. It's possible to hold your emotions back in certain situations, but not everyone is able to. But I agree, sometimes you have to put your emotions aside to get the work done. Or at least power through it the best you can. If it becomes too much, it may be a good idea to look into other jobs.
