What kind of sites do you like to make? I tend to make sites where the niche is popular yet. I try to keep up with the trends and make sites that make sense. What kind of sites do you usually end up making?

It doesn't make sense to create a news site or football site because it doesn't require an effort you just get the information from elsewhere and place it on your website. Due to competitivity, there is low traffic that is browsing your site. Educational sites are better because you can offer subscriptions.

I like to make blogs on the topics that get moderator amount of search hits but lacks excessive amount of content in the Internet. In other words, I prefer to create content sites that are on microw niches. Getting high rank in search engines is very important for me therefore I normally keep myself away from fierce competition by not using trending topics
