One of the best ways of promoting a business is by giving time to time encouragement to employees who in return give all their bests in serving your company truthfully and diligently. You can encourage them in different ways, for instance, by increasing their welfare package, payment of salary in time without delay and giving them words of encouragement whenever they do something that warrants being punished.
 
Have a good interpersonal relationship with your employees, consider them your family, make them feel free to access you and the work environment should be conducive and tension free as well. However, there should be boundaries, there should be no room for mediocrity.

There are multiple ways to keep your employees happy and motivated. You need to have a friendly environment in your work place where you have employees, so that they work in a good environment. All they need is to have a cooperative leader to work Happily,they want good bonus and commissions etc. Apply these things to boost up their energy.
 
To manage your employees very well you need to leave by example. You need to be friendly with them any day any time. Listen to their personal issues if need be and see how you can contribute to their life not only salary. Laugh with them if need be and frown with them when necessary.
