Maybe the location is the most important and secondly is the condition of the structure. It may not be attractive because of the paint but you can easily have it repainted so that is not a major issue. But if the place gets flooded during the rainy season then that would be disastrous to you.

Good points the location matters alot, i dont anyone would want to move to a place where you have to drive 30minutes or more just to get to the nearest shop to buy things, not to mention going to the market or taking the kids to school and the likes

For me what I will look out for in a house when purchasing one is it Christmas two places I visit the most. Play just like where I work and my family. Other things to look out for is it's glorious towards I used the most . Grocery store and the food store and repair store. Generally what I consider is its location
