First of all I deleted my old Facebook account and open a new one and open a new one and I don't add my old friends in to it,same with my Facebook and Instagram. Surround yourself with positive people try your best not to be around the things that cause you pain. This is another way to avoid depression, I myself take podcast message from time to time on my Instagram account and read books too.Surround yourself with positive people try your best not to be around the things that cause you pain.
