What are the things you look for when you employ individuals for your work

90% of most business organisation do not give their employee an opportunity to dress anyhow, because a lot of people as you know will abuse such and they will start dressing scantily or radically.

I think this is a great idea on how to hire employees. I think this is part of their screening of all the applicants. They want employees that are so fitting to the position that is being applied to.
