To what level should an employee respect his owner?

Obedience is just one of the best way you can respect your employers perfectly. You just have to be disciplined and carry out all the responsibilities you are being told to do , you will come to find out that you won't have any problem with your employers

Respect is reciprocal and that is the reason why it is important for the business owner to respect their workers and at the same time their workers should also respect them as the owners of the business. In that regard, they own each other respect.

This is very true. Obeying your bosses at work will only make them to like you and appreciate you everytime. Also, you will earn the respect of other junior workers in the organization too.

A business owner deserves maximum respect from their employees. It doesn't make sense to look down on someone you are working for. This would lead to problems in work place.
Respect is important to everyone one need to give respect to whenever you find yourself, because giving respect to your boss or whatever is important because you will never have any problem with the person until you finish working there.

Yes, depending on and sometimes you could be promoted because of your dedication and consistency. This won't really be easy for people who are not particularly interested to work for private organisation.

I think most employees really struggle in this case when there is hierarchy in the organization. They tend to bypass their immediate superior to show total loyalty to the manager in charge or owner.

Such cases can cause a lot of problems in the business venture. this is why it is important and necessary for business people to always monitored their business and their activities going on there.

As an employee, you are supposed to respect your boss at all cost most especially those kind of boss who respect themselves. because if you dont respect them, no one can respect you.

There is no blueprint for this. One of the most important aspects of a professional relationship is respect. Employees who respect their employers are more likely to be motivated, productive members of the team. However, there is a fine line between respecting your employer and becoming too submissive.

Employees should always maintain a certain level of professional detachment, and they should never hesitate to voice their own opinions or stand up for themselves. At the same time, it is important to remember that your employer is ultimately in charge, and you should always show them the courtesy and deference that they deserve. By striking the right balance, you can create a respectful, productive relationship with your employer that benefits both of you.

This is a very detailed explanation of how an ideal relationship should be between a staff and the business owner. It will always lead to a better and cordial working relationship between the pair.

Without the owner of the business, an employee is nobody , because their won't be any organisation that will accept you as a worker , so the should be treated with utmost respect.

I believe that the owner of a business demands your respect at all times, except it comes to a situation whereby the owner of the business is trying to tamper with your rights

Respecting your boss is good and necessary but you should not worship them. It is important you know your value instead of hooking yourself in one particular job for a long period of time.

Actually respect is reciprocal dont expect respect when you dont respect others. respect to ur boss is necessary and very important when you want him to also respect you.

Am employee should always respect his employer, but he should not be respected in return and also his human rights should not be disrespected too.
Because we all have the right to live, I have seen how some employers maltreat their employees, some don't even pay them and still want them to work for them which is not good, why should I work for someone who can not pay me?

I'm afraid the word "owner" is not appropriate in this post. An employee is not owned, as a matter of fact no one is owned by another person. Anyways, an employee should give his or her employer the maximum respect that he or she deserves. An employee shouldn't be disrespectful.

Not really about respect but their satisfaction should be your top priority. That is the reason employees were employed into a particular business to relieve the under the stress of so much activities.

I would want to believe that you don't actually mean it when you used the term ownership. That someone employed you to work under them doesn't mean they now "own" you, rather they automatically become your boss.
And as for your question, you should give them the highest level of respect possible as they are the ones putting food on your table.

As an employee, you can respect your employer but, you shouldn't forget your self, by starving your self of your human rights, there was an employee who use to maltreat the people working for her, she don't even allow them to eat .
