Should an entrepreneur be disciplined or Flexible when making business related decisions?

I an entrepreneur should be flexible wehm making business decision so that the room for his target customers can be achieve because it is always that you van be discipline.
 
Entrepreneur of a business should be discipline and also flexible at the same time because both of these are really necessary when certain characters becomes a threat to the business.
 
An entrepreneur should be both for him to have a hood business experience. He needs to be discipline in order to achieve the goals of the business and he also needs to be flexible in adjusting to business challenges.

This is what I have been advocating for a business owner for a while because what I have found that is that being to widget in decision-making can the business or several opportunities and also being too flexible can make the business policies to be genuflecting when it is needed to be firm.
 
I think that being a disciplined person is one of the major characteristics of being a good businessman. i think this is why most of the popular businessmen are well-disciplined people with strong character.

I have always been this kind of person that always advocate for a flexible manager who is able to manage the business in a flexible manner but I have come to discover that when a manager becomes too flexible then some important decisions that he or she is supposed to make for the organisation would be missed as a result of his flexibility.
 
Flexibility is even the most important thing because there are some rules in your business that you have to change when you find out that they are not helping your business grow. You only have to be discipline with those rules that are profitable.
