Hmmm, paying workers in hour basic is good both parties. Because someone who wants to take hourly money mush be able to work that money. Also on the part of the employer, it will bring more productivity.
 
I think people from different countries pay their labor according to the currency of their country.In our country, we pay almost one dollar an hour to Labor. Leader Daily works eight hours a day and it becomes ڈالر 8. In this way, every hour's money varies in different countries.Which they give according to their currency
 
This might only happens in a developed country not like in Nigeria where they can't even pay well even monthly. Paying per hour jobs can be interesting because its similar to paying a labourer per task. I wish in Nigeria we can imbibe this kind gesture.

It depends on the agreement between the employer and it's employees. Paying on hourly basis its a good one because the employee has to devote his time into the work since its time its short to be able to deliver, how i wish that hourly work and payment can start in my country
 
Well.,,...it will good for both of you because if they refuse to work for some hours you would not pay them for such hours. But it may affect your business because they will believe the hour they work,the hou they will get the money.

Paying your workers hourly only pays the both workers and employee in the western world, it doesn't suit ourstyles in my country, thou they are also doing it here but its rare, it's a welcoming development if you guys can try it.
 
Paying your workers hourly will definitely depend on the type of business you operate and most importantly how your revenue is consistent enough to do that. The revenue part of your company will put you through
