Turning Down Better Paying Jobs

I registered on Indeed and I'm getting offers for better paying jobs. In fact, one is even 18 dollars an hour! That's way above $12.50 I'm making now. However, though, I like my low-paying job and the people are very friendly. What should I do?

If you enjoy your job even though you don't earn as well and you have good colleagues, that is something that money cannot always give you, but the other question is, how much do you need that extra money? If you don't need it, maybe it's not the time to go for that job, but if you need it, go ahead, try it, everything is for improve your situation.

What is more important to you, money or self satisfaction? Choose the one that is more important. If you ask me what I would do in a situation like this? Well, I would choose money and train myself to love the job I chose for money.
