Is it wise to Re-invest all your profit as startup?

For me it’s a Yes. What about you?

Personally, I think it is wise to reinvest all profit earned back into the business at an early stage of the business. It builds growth and provides monetary backings for the business when needed. When starting a business , it's very important for the business to manage it funds and other resources.

Reinvestment is an important aspect of business, but I do not think it is wise to reinvest all interest that was realized. You need to save some percentage for the rainy days. You never know what can happen.

If the business is existing for more than 2 years and the stability is not in question then I guess it is all right to make another start up using the profit of the business. However, you have to be sure that the profit is sufficient for capital of the next business otherwise if the next business would have a financial problem then the 1st business may be affected.

Although, it might not be necessarily all your Profits, but it is a very wise decision to invest part of your profits to start another business. This will not only improve your investment, it will also maximise Profit and increase your finances

Yes ,I am also agreed with your point of view. Re-invest profit can help to grow your business. If you didn't need to use that profits in case of emergency, then it is recommended point to re-invest all profits and hopefully you will get more profit.

@Naz Noshin most renowned businesses you see around started small and grow their way to the top. They achieve all that by re investing the funds generated as profit. Re-investing all funds generated by the business makes it easy for the business to acquire necessary equipment for expansion.

I actually don't see anything wrong in that. Infact that's what a wise entrepreneur would do. Making alot of profits from your new start-up means that demands for it are going high. That means you have to put in more funds so that it would grow bigger. There's no other place to put your money except in your new business

It is okay to reinvest your profit into your business, I think it's a wise move, because there are things you may need to add or improve in your business and you will need money for it, instead of taking loan, you can use your profit to work on that. Its actually not bad reinvesting.

It's not a bad Idea re-investing all your profits as a startup. For you to even think of that, it must have shown that the business is really thriving. Infact, it even helps in getting more products and expanding the business.

It is the wisest thing to do so as to ensure the rapid growth of the business especially when the starting capital is small. Interest should not me spend but reinvested into the business. It is important to know as a startup that the early profits in the business is not for frivolity.

It is not outrightly wise reinvest all your profit in a Start up, infact it is very very risky every business is suppose to have some sought of financial back up support, which your profit tends to provide. Your profit can only be reinvest if the options are very viable. If otherwise It will amount to unnecessary capital risk.

According to my own point of view I don't think it is wise for you to reinvest all your profit and startup again, this is because you need to think twice before starting a business, and also you need capital in case you are having shortage or loss to help you cover up

Yes it is wise, and for one to make that decision it shows that the business has lots of prospect and capacity to yield much more returns after reinvesting.
By making this decision, you ensure there is enough cash flow which usually causes problems for most startup businesses.

Reinvest in Your Company
This is a wise business move because it will keep your company running. ... Try to reach a point in your business when you can put all your profits into reinvestments for your company, instead of turning your profits into personal assets

Tried and true way of thinking places the number at around 30% of benefits - for certain individuals proposing as high as half. The real sum differs however the mystery is to reinvest dependent on a genuine procedure instead of a set sum/rate. Every zone of your business will require cash yet you need to keep a sensitive equilibrium.

An essential business motivation to reinvest in development is to expand income and benefit. By drawing in new clients, adding new business areas or adding new items, your business can expand its number of income streams and ideally create expanded benefit from them.

If I think it's a good idea, when a business is starting it is when it needs the most money. For this you must have good management and confidence in the venture, I even believe that it is the best option, before spending it improperly or investing in other opportunities.

Not a bad idea if one has something to fall back on. Like money for your personal expenses. Then you can find your business with more capital by reinvesting your profits. The idea is to increase gain. Increase the business base and move to a higher ground

I have been in this position before and I did reinvest all my profits into my startup because there were no other alternative source of funding and I wanted my business to grow. It was a risk and it paid well. This may not be correct in line with public opinion or intellectual debates, but it did work for me although I wont advise anybody to do so.

There is nothing bad in reinvesting all your profit into you start up business,as this is what is needed at this stage in the business for stability and growth.
Funds at this stage is a factor that is required to keep the operation fluid.

Maybe, but you should first consider the scalability of the business itself. Not in all scenarios will the same business bring more profit if additional capital is pumped into it.

But it's better to use your own profits, than taking a loan.

Reinvesting your prophet back into your business will help to speed up the growth of the business. Reinvesting the profits give you the chance to acquire other assets that will be more money to the business. You can only invest the profit back into the promotion and marketing of your products or services. It can also be used to procure the necessary tools and mercenaries needed for the growth of the company.
