Is it wise to Re-invest all your profit as startup?

The truth is that if are sure about the business then I really don't think there is anything bad in re investing all the profit in a business as a start up person. However, if you have other business idea I think you can use your profit to diversify on other business opportunity

Well , it all depends . Some people may start up a business with inadequate funds and as a result they will always be looking for every single opportunity to add up money to the business. In situations like this it should be invested as long as it will help the business progress forward.

No matter how successful you are on a particular team it is not going to be good for you to over-invest. Putting in all your profit at once is not the best thing to do as you should always take profit.

For me it’s a Yes. What about you?

Personally, I think it is wise to reinvest all profit earned back into the business at an early stage of the business. It builds growth and provides monetary backings for the business when needed. When starting a business , it's very important for the business to manage it funds and other resources.

For a new business yes because they need to invest more in company to expand it, for example a company or a business has demands in many locations so they need to start new branches too.

As an entrepreneur and an investor , you must be careful when investing your money into any business , even when you are sure that the business is legit because anything can happen in a blink of an eye , so re-investing Every thing is dangerous

I believe it should even be how things operate when a business is first getting off the ground.
It is preferable to reinvest the profits in the company until it has become stable enough to cover its costs and all of its outlays.

Whether it is a good idea to reinvest all of your profit at the beginning. I don't believe there is anything wrong or unpleasant about investing your entire ROI back into your original investment; the only time you should hold off or refrain from doing so is if you have any suspicions about the original investment, but otherwise, it is a good idea to do so.

It depends on the kind of person you are, if you'll be comfortable reinvesting your money then that will be a good idea, I'll advise you to do what you find out good for you.

investment again as I hear that people get profit and they started a new business from the coming prophet but I am not hundred and one person show that is a truth or lie but most of the Businessman who are experience in this field they always follow this pattern

Reinvesting all your profit on your start up business is not advisable because you don't know what will happen in the second chapter of the business even If you think you are 99% sure of success .

I think it is the demands of the business that will determine this. Some businesses will need more capital investment even after it has been established and as such you may not have any other option than to invest the available profit.

If my new strategy is generating me a lots of profits, then I shall definitely invest profits as well. Adding profits to your initial investment portfolio is a very important decision.

I would never do this do, but a friend of mine is so into business that no matter how risky the idea he would spend all his saving, previous profit which is in real is very less. I just don't get it, I tried to convience him multiple times that it is not a ideal way to make investment especially when you don't have any second plan for backuos. Twice he has been marked as loan defaulter somehow by taking of friends and family he repayed but when things stated to get normal he came up an another idea the investment rwquired in it was triple of what he was barely making. Still he is like I belive myself I can do this it will be sucessful, I just don't know how can he make such investment by keeping everything at risks. He is the onky son, his was is no more and his mom is rarely old and their family is no even richy rich still he does it.

This will depend on the type of business , not all business will require you to invest your profit, you only have to do this when it is absolutely necessary and when your business is showing a clear signs that more funds should be added..

This is optional. You may invest your profit or you may refrain from investing profit. For example, Forex trading is one such kind of business where you have the option to do so.

It is possible for online business as the more you invest in forex the more your chance of making profit. What of business that will require you to pay your employees you may not really have to invest the profit here.

Right now, I am not even thinking about investing in the Forex markets. This is because I am not an expert trader and i have not created the right kind of strategy as well.

The same thing can also be said when it comes to investing in cryptocurrency trading as well because whenever you do that without knowledge of the market, you are definitely going to lose your money.

I think that if you are 100 percent sure that you will be making good money after investing, then I think that it would be a good decision to reinvest profits.
