You could get a bank loan it is not required to have such amount of money to start any business on the life this is to resume everything add to that you could get borrow from lenders if bank doesn't accept to loan or finance your project.

Why would anyone be considering getting a bank loan? Personally, it doesn't make sense for new businesses unless you are sure of how much you are making from the business. I have been in situations where people will begin to work and analyse how they can easily pay up loans collected, but it doesn't always end up that way at the end of the day.

The reason why I started my business of poultry and fish farming is because I don't want me to be perpetually working for another person's business for the rest of my life. I needed something that I can call my own which my endgame of having my business is to keep making profit in order to improve on my financial status.
