Yes you've got to communicate delayed in salary payments as an employer. It shows your disappointment about it in the first place and it tells them you respect them as employee,which makes them more understanding and doesn't diminish in their initial morale.
 
Yea it is very important and necessary, Employees deserve there salaries and wages which is there right and if anything is going to disrupt it they should know, and the reason for disruption just be genuine because they work for it and they should get paid promptly.
 
Some employees, especially the high-value ones, may lose confidence and consider quitting their jobs if the leadership of a company can't be confident in the way they manage the affairs of the company especially when employees face delay in salary payment.

I think it depends upon package which you get from a company where you work more packages of sallery is monthly and in my country every employee get money in the end of month and it good to save money.
 
As for me I think it's good to open up to your workers why you delay or why they company delay in there salary because they really need to know and moreover they won't act funny because majority of workers always demand to know what's happening why they haven't get paid

Hmm... Its not wise to reduce your workers salary because they ate not efficient enough. Reason is because you are not helping them in that way. Is better you push to the wall to do better and if there's no improvement you can take an action.

Communication in a workplace is very important. Lack of communication skills has been the undoing of many employers of labour. When an employer fails to communicate to employees about the possibility of delay in the payment of salaries and the reason as to why it's so, mistrust begins to set in and in some cases disrespect. The moment a boss can no longer earn the respect and trust of his staff, then that business is at the verge of collapse.
 
Part of evry good laeder in an organisation is a proper corespondence to the employees on delayed payment,and when this is not done in reasonable time,the employees have the right to know the situation on ground.
