Is it Important To Communicate Delay in Salary Payment to Employees?

It is important to explain the reason for the increase in salary to the employees as it helps to clear the assumptions, fears and any misinformation which may affect the productivity of the employees.
It is absolutely very important for one to communicate any form of delay in salary payment so as to ensure your employees and staffs the reason why their salaries are being delayed so as they won't be thinking negatively about the business and thereby reducing their morale to work in the business or organisation.
 
I believe it is something very important for a business owner to do to communicate the delay in payment of their dues as early as possible to avoid a urgly and tensed working atmosphere
 
Best thing any boss can do is tell the employees if there will be a delay. If it’s a real-time job, send a memo or tell them in person. Online job, send message or email. That shows honesty.
Dodging questions, ignoring inquiries, hiding behind desks 🤔😂 or straight up silent treatments will always, always, always look guilty. Employees will lose trust.
 
The employees are also humans, so i believe in some ways it is their right, they have every right to know when there is a delay in payment and why the delay as well if possible after all they worked for it. It would be very painful if they keep on hoping that their pay Would come on a specific time only to be disappointed

To me is not wise to come out plain explaining things to your aggreived employee as a manger, because if you do so I either you are ready to let go of them that's why you chose to do so.

When staff gets an increment on his or her pay is it necessary to tell the staff why that happened or will happen, that is the same way vice versa. it will make people not just your staff but people at large believe in you when you say something or step out with information and not be doubtful of your words.

it is very important to discuss the reason why salary or pay late to the workers so that they can still have trust in the business. if you fail to do so they will be looking for a way to cut corners and stealing from the company.
