There should be division of labour in the workplaces to avoid interference with other people's business or job. Most people hate it when some other people tend to interfere with their jobs...

Division of labour works so well in workplaces. It breeds work efficency and it's the reason why I encourage it in any kind of business. I have division of labour in my business with the 6 workers I have under my employ now. It's the way they deliver very well.

It is always very important to detail duties to every employee according to their strength and skills. No worker is expected to interfere in the task assigned to anyone except the supervisor or the foreman on duty..

Be a good business owner/manager. Don't rush your employees or push them around. Be respectful and courteous when they ask you questions or for help. Provide daily lunches if needed, and longer breaks I think. I think a chill work environment is best. Have a nice break room for your employees to unwind in if needed. etc

Providing lunch will depend on the budget that you have for the business. Are you making enough money that will accommodate giving free food to your employees? There are a lot of things that a business owner should consider before making some expenses that were not factored in the budget from the start.
