You have to try your best but your best not to the point of you losing your money or your business ,sometimes satisfaction of customers is not always easy. I will rather said that you should try as much as possible to do what you are capable of doing.

You will meet few bad ones before you meet good ones. Business is one such thing where bad elements get attracted every now and then. Managing people is difficult for each one of us.

So how do you manage the bad customers in Business?

I have met many bad customers.
There's a particular one that did not pay me for good six months. As expected, I became the bad one after series of pleas I had to make for her to pay up.
So, I decided to do part payment before delivery and full payment at delivery.
This has helped me deal with bad debtors in my business.
