How do you manage Bad customers in Business?

You have to try your best but your best not to the point of you losing your money or your business ,sometimes satisfaction of customers is not always easy. I will rather said that you should try as much as possible to do what you are capable of doing.
 
Let's accept the fact that not all days are Sundays. You are going to meet few bad people before you meet good ones. And so the customers are also the same. You will meet few bad ones before you meet good ones. Business is one such thing where bad elements get attracted every now and then. Managing people is difficult for each one of us.

So how do you manage the bad customers in Business?
I have met many bad customers.
There's a particular one that did not pay me for good six months. As expected, I became the bad one after series of pleas I had to make for her to pay up.
So, I decided to do part payment before delivery and full payment at delivery.
This has helped me deal with bad debtors in my business.
 
The best option for this set if people trying to keep them at arms length, avoiding them without abuse is the best option but keep maintaining them.
 
It is normal to come across such type customers. Depending how bad or annoying the customer is. Some just need for you to patient and be polite with time they adjust and be nice a customer. But some are all out to fustrate you you the best is to avoid them, they can patronize others.
 
No one is perfect you will surely come across such persons and have to learn to deal with them. First you to be learn to be patience, endurance there attitude and be prepared for them all the time
 
I manage bad customers either by ignoring them or making them realize they are wrong in a friendly but strict voice. You would just see me laughing and telling you not to talk me in that manner and if you insist...I'd just leave you to carry your wahala and go.

Those i refer to as bad customers are those who never pay full.
They would always buy and promise to pay only to have you remind them over and over again.
 
Customers are the lifeline of every business, but there are some customers that can be classified as bad when they do not give the business what it needs it could be through profit or growth etc the best way to deal with such people is correct them in love and if that doesn't work then after ask them to leave politely.
 
Bad custome is difficult as it is sometimes, it is important to stay calm. Your calming approach will help your customer stay calm too. They will feel like you're respecting them there some might change his attitude towards you in business
 
There are so many ways in dealing with a bad customer. One I of these is showing empathy. Empathy helps guide your response and reaction to an angry customer. Empathy doesn’t necessarily mean agreeing with the customer. It means you truly understand how they feel. By truly understanding how the customer feels, you’ll be able to relate with them on a more personal level. As you have difficult conversations with customers, showing empathy will help de-escalate the issue and show the customer you respect them and are really listening to them.
 
If I had a business, I would not care much about the bad customers. I will just forget about these bad customers and continue to sell to people who are satisfied with my products and services.
 
Well you have to try and reason with then and try to see things in their own point of view so you will be able to understand them better and also try to improve your customer service

I have come across a lot of them. The ones that will feel so entitled and ask for a reduction in cost and even the ones that can't repay their debts on time. I try to be patient with such customers.
 
A customer that always bring trouble to you should just be simply cut off. Make it clear to him/her that you wouldn't be doing business with the person anymore
 
How do you manage Bad customers in Business. To manage bad customers is to mentain peace and tranquility. This type of peace allow customers to patronize employeer.
 
In every business we do observe few customers to seems to be bad and always shows bad attitude towards business owners, when one noticed that all he has to do is to advice them.
 
That really depend on the kind of business you do because managing bad customer in your business is not that easy, because you have to be peaceful with them.
 
You can manage a bad customer by keeping your communication professional, and remaining calm, speak softly, practice active listening, give the customer time to talk, understand the customer's point of view, asses their need, and seek a solution.
 
you can manage them buy attending to their needs and also telling them more about the product or services you render, that will make them have a knowledge on what they should expect from you. And lastly be honest, all customers like honest business men.
 
I believe that it is going to be more respectful if you are going to tell them exactly the rules and regulations binding your business. This is going to mean that if they do not agree to it then it is better that you just go.
