It is beneficial to have highly skilled employees since they are the ones that make business ideas succeed, and one way to keep those people is to increase their salary and provide them with equipment that will allow them to complete their work more quickly.
 
There's always this in every organization. There are some employees that their performance is what the employer shouldn't joke with. They perform wonderfully. The best thing is to create a good and favorable working conditions for these set of people
