Hiring managers internally or externally?

I will go for internal managers because I can't trust an outsider to manage my business . But for the internal person I know him so I can trust him with all my life do I'll prefer hiring managers internally
 
I agree with you on that. It is much more productive to hire an employee who has risen up the ranks than to hire an external individual who will most likely go through the customary adjustment period

Actually it depends you can hired internally and also externally depends on your choice and what qualities you want. if the available employees are not capable of a task, is better you go externally.

That is just the way to go,because sometimes the step the management would be taking might just be a normal routine from the organisation,but on the long run,they will be the greatest beneficiary.

I can get behind the point you are trying to establish. It does benefit these individuals because they would know all the ins and outs of the organization, having come up through the ranks.

definitely through,that is why there is a culture in the military,whereby those that go through their academy are usually value and move up the rank quickly in the military career.

You are right. The military is a good example and probably one which most companies and organizations have learnt from. This system also gives people motivation to climb the ladder for a higher remuneration.
 
My ideal I can share here is the hiring a manager to to take control of a business you need to hire someone in that some institution who has the skills and mandate to become a manager because the person has face risk and problem in the company and have seen how the problem are being solve so I will say hiring internally person in company manager is the correct option for the question

Internal manager may be able to understand the business perfectly and that can help the person to carry out responsibilities that will end in overall growth of the business than people who do not have better understanding of how the business was originated

That is true,because once you know that you can climb up the ladder of your career,then you will have no option than to put in al your best at work,it is also a motivating factor to all employees as well.

I think it depends on the person you want to hire. If I was an employer, I would always first look into the people working for me, and if someone has the right skills for the job, I'd hire them. But sometimes you have to look elsewhere for skills your team may not even have. So yeah, it also depends on the type of work you need done.

I also thought as much. At least it will increase the efficiency of your business but at the same time this is something that might promote jealousy in the mind of some employees.
