I think that's really where the problem is. I don't own a car let alone having one than I don't want anymore or that's not of use to me. Well, I will definitely consider this when I can finally relate to it.

Cars value depreciates very quickly. I would rather buy a house or a land than buying a car. If I have any car which I don't use regularly, there's no need keeping the car watching it become useless, I will sell it to whoever bids a fair price.
I totally agree with you on this. I will rather invest in real estate instead of having to buy cars. Unless I am working on a sector where driving cars is something that you can say that they are a necessity for me to get more deals, then I will consider get the latest one.
I don't understand the reason why some people who park a lot of cars in the garage without having to make use of them. As those can stay there for long, their value will depreciate.
The best thing they would have done for themselves is to sell those cars and probably buy new ones that they are going to make use of for the time being and still sell them where they no longer have any need for them.
There are many people in here who own many cars. The park their cars and those cars start depreciating. This does not only affect the cost of the car, in fact, the condition of the car also starts deteriorating as well. On the other hand, there are many people who may spend money and maintain their car. However, they do not use those cars very often. In that case, the value of the car may not depreciate that much.
Floyd Money Mayweather is one of the person that I know that have this habit of buying a lot of cars and packing them all in his garage without even making use of 5% of them. I keep questioning why he is always repeating the same kind of habit or hobby when there are so many people out there whom he can actually help out their lives but he will choose to be wasting his money on buying cars that he cannot drive more than one at once.
Well, I am quite sure that he may have some kind of idea behind that. We must also remember that in many cases, there many be many cars that might be old. However, they may still be exceptionally expensive and valuable. I have seen such kind of car which was in mint condition, even though it was manufactured in mid 1980s. It was more expensive than many new models!
