Depression is not a good experience for anyone. It is very paralyzing and it can be loud someone's thinking. Some people have committed suicide when they experience depression. It's good to reach to someone always as some people suffer in silence.

Some people might find it very difficult for them to achieve happiness most specially when their life plan is not as they expected, a situation in which we do not have what we want it is the best that we seek for support from people.
 
In today's world, it is very hard, especially for youths. There are many vices out there to dampen your spirit. It takes being true to yourself and disciplined to not fall into depression.

2. Don't compare yourself with everyone else: Don't start comparing yourself with Elon Musk, relax and take it step by step, you will get there in time.

3. Relax: Take time out to relax and engage in leisure activities, it will reduce stress and take your off the challenges.

4. Network with friends: when you networks with others, your learn and see that you are doing well, you will feel better about how far you've gone.

5. Be grateful for what you have achieved: When you magnify what you have, you will not feel bad about yourself, be happy with where you are, knowing that tomorrow is another day to achieve great things.

These are really good points you have highlighted here,because the issue of depresson can be very divastating to the individual involve.He should reach out to persons he knows can really be of help and discuss the issue with him for help.

I agree with you. We have to surround ourselves with people who can motivate and encourage us not to give up in our business endeavors. Avoid people who only boast of their successes without giving you tips on how to become successful yourself.

One thing that comes with over reaching is that is going to put you in a tight spot that you are going to find it very difficult to get yourself out of which is why when you are setting your business goal, you should set something that is realistic for you to achieve and not something to bogus.
 
As there are bad debt so also are there bad business investment. However that doesn’t mean the investor is bad at doing business. Anyone who is depressed as a result of a failed business should give himself some credit at least for attempting one.
Some people seems to be very greedy when it comes to setting up a business plan on what they want to do which would make it very difficult for them to realise what they had set out to do.
 
Depression! This is a topic I don't take for granted. I try to overcome depression at some point by keeping myself busy. I'm a victim of depression and I'm still trying to overcome it gradually.
Most times it is difficult to deal with depression that is as a result of business failure. People who face such should open up and talk to others instead of bottling it all up.

It's always very important to not over burden yourself with all these because if you die, it's definitely won't solve all the problems that's facing you. Do the ones you can do and move on.
 
It is really is the deal of this depression on the person is the real thing but being optimistic is a must as it accepts what should be happening or not or not must not be it will be to boost the depress one to him/her to overcome it so not blaming so much its self rather go to the best solution.
A lot of business men and enterpreneurs have actually died out of depression because of not being able to meet their business goals which is not supposed to be like that and it is why I advise everyone to set up something they can be able to run and something they can be able to endure if it doesn't go well.

It's normal in life to keep chasing a goal and if it cannot be achieved , then you riderect your aim and targets another goal, so i don't get depressed if I can't achieve a goal
 
Ever done any intense exercise without sweating? Now that's impossible. Failures and even depression are all by products on our way to our desired goal. One needs to beat through them and achieve the set out goal.
 
Making a goal would only propel you towards achieving and that doesn't mean if your goals aren't met you've failed. Cultivating the right mindset is key to coping with any situation you may find yourself.
 
Depression in life always lead to many things in life , so it might lead to another sickness or even death , so when you are having problem in your business , all you need is look for solutions and not start getting depressed
 
There is no one that is challenge free. In a case that we are not able to achieve some of the things we need , we have to understand that we still have so many opportunities and we do not have to relax at all for any reason
