That's not a bad idea but I think they are not going to manage it the way you like, if you know what you are doing you are expected to manage your business by yourself or find someone else.

For me I will say yes as long as you can get someone that you can trust in the family. But the moment you see yourself doubting then don’t overthink it. When I think about my family and those who I could trust with my business and those who I couldn't. I would say that I have around 4 family members that I know I could rely on when it comes to them running my business if anything happened to me and that would be either my mum, auntie, grandma, or my younger brother.

As much as years ago I feel I would have been able to trust my other brother, now it would seem he wouldn't be a good fit to continue my business.

I believe it is very wrong to allow you business to be managed by a family member reason being because you will no be able to hold him responsible should any loss occur. You don't joke with business, I'd rather employ a staff who'd be accountable and not waste my hard earned money.
