What's new

After building your properties, would rather manage it yourself or give it to a management company.

There are two options involve in this situation, if we are talking about just one property it will be best if you manage it yourself since you don't have others to attend to, but if it's more than one property then for it to be easy for you it's best you involve competent and trustworthy personal to help you manage them and report to you directly about everything happening, that way you will have time to attend to others without having huge workload on yourself. Altgough most people will choose to do it all by themselves and you see at the end of the day they start complaining that they are stressed out from much work instead of making things easier for themselves by putting some of the business in a trustworthy person care.

Real Estate property faces another challenge of management after it has been developed, the value of any property is bound to deprecate I it is poorly managed.

After building your property, would you prefer to manage it by yourself or hand I over to an estate management company to manage it for you?
Since I am not a professional real estate manager, I will not take the advantage of the fact that the property belongs to me, instead I will hand it over to a Management company for better Management that can guarantee my property worth and safety.

This question have differ of answers. Firstly if am chanced, I mean if am not a busy person I will manage my building myself. But if am the busy type that have other things doing and also have work to attend to

It depends on certain situation if they need be that that I give my property for a managing company then I will do it but if there is no need then I don't think of giving it to them because managing a property is not really that difficult except you want to free your mind of any issues concerning it, the only good thing about managing company is that they take charge of every both good and bad things and manage it out to make sure you feel comfortable that's all.

If one has the experience and skills to manage a property, then one should go ahead and manage their property by themselves to avoid the cost of paying management companies hired.
However, without experience and skills, one must not be greedy enough to manage properties by themselves, but rather hire a management company to manage such properties to get a big return on them

Managing my properties myself would be the best but what if the properties are much and I couldn't maintain it on my own or if am out of the country, I wouldn't have a choice than to involve management company.

When it comes to something where you don't have any experience in managing. All i will want to do is to invest and get the property running and hand over its management to the professionals who are more indepth in the management of such. Eventually one will always engage the services of lawyers who are key to having your properties in check.

If i build a property i would most likely give it to a management company to manage for me. This is because i feel they would be able to produce the re value of thd prosperity which might have been undervalued by me.

I would manage it myself, except I have other things am doing and I don't have time, then I can set up a management team that can run the affairs of the estate in my absence. Running a real estate is not an easy task, that management team will still be set up if am the on in charge.

After building my property its a thing of choice to manage it or to hand it over for management, but I feel managing it on my own will boost my prowess on raisin up another similar structure and managing it as well.

It depends on your location and your country of residence. One of my relations who is in abroad, send money to someone to build his house for him. Of course he's not around to manage the house I'll see how far the building of the house has gone. But for me I prefer to manage my properties.

Giving ones property out to be managed by somebody or a company is not really bad but there must sincerity on the path of the parties involved. But it is better to manage it by oneself because sometimes they are always particulates about their own gains not minding what's happening to the property.

If you are on a personal connection, like at home, you can run an anti-virus scan on your device to make sure it is not infected with malware.

If you are at an office or shared network, you can ask the network administrator to run a scan across the network looking for misconfigured or infected devices.

If I have the time to manage my property I would gladly do that myself but if I'm busy I would give out to an estate agent under my supervision or else you might get a bad deal from some of them. The truth is having the chance to manage it yourself is the best.

That decision depends on the owner,if the owner has the idea of the real estate management, he can manage it by himself/herself but if not I will advise him/her to give to estate agent to do the management for him in order not to have problems in the future.

I would rather manage my properties myself but it'll get to a point along the line that I won't be able to handle certain things except if I studied management or have some knowledge of management.

From what I have seen around and from experience, if you build and decide to manage it yourself, it is not easy at all, and that will cause you a lot of issue and headache, tenant has various issue and there are stoburn tenants you may not be able to handle.

After building and the property is ready to be leased out for rental,I will like to allow an agency that specializes in that aspect to manage the property for me .
Because, too much of familiarity with tenant some times is not always the best approach to handle things.
