Real Estate property faces another challenge of management after it has been developed, the value of any property is bound to deprecate I it is poorly managed.

After building your property, would you prefer to manage it by yourself or hand I over to an estate management company to manage it for you?

If I have the opportunity to build my own house I will prefer to handle the agent service myself since I have the knowledge of running the business, I will rather do it myself rather than employing the service of a manager.

Yes, in my future business project I hope to manage it myself. And if it is very difficult in some cases, I would seek the support of family members who are professional administrators. But first I would try it because I have administrative knowledge and until now I think I can do it without the support of third parties.

Having a housing apartment is one of the goals i have, and would manage it myself i believe it's not that complicated to do. If i somehow encounter any difficulties i rather seek advice from the people i know than to hand the management to firms

After building my property, I may likely not have time to manage the property based on my busy schedules so I will definitely hands over the property to a management company that is Capable of managing it properly.
That way there will be a professional touch on the building and that will increase it's appeal to the right clients to come to buy the property.

Management of properties requires acquiring of certain knowledge and skills. Believe me when I say not every one has to intellectual capacity to manage their properties.

It will be advisable to hand over your properties to a business management. It will be stress free for you while you get busy with your other jobs. A project manager can handle your properties very well, and safe you the stress of searching for customer to buy your properties.

And should in case no one comes for it, your properties are still safe from damage.

Well it depends on how much time I've got on me and also the option that'll be more profitable.....in the first year I'll manage it myself then in subsequent year's hand it over to an estate manager

It depends on certain situation if they need be that that I give my property for a managing company then I will do it but if there is no need then I don't think of giving it to them because managing a property is not really that difficult except you want to free your mind of any issues concerning it, the only good thing about managing company is that they take charge of every both good and bad things and manage it out to make sure you feel comfortable that's all.

The answer depends on a few things about the building and yourself…

How big is the rental property in terms of size and units?

How old is the rental property?

These two questions have to do with how frequently you will have turnover and will need to freshly paint the vacant units.

If it's an old property then you will have more maintenance and repair issues and even the occasional replacement of appliances, roofing, walkways and plumbing - electrical systems to name a few things that old properties will need.

If I have building my properties. I will give it to agents to manage for me so that I can go out to source for another source of income. I have never imagined myself having only source of income.

It depends on the kind of property. If you own a house that you rent out to a tenant then the most practical is for you to manage it. All you need to do is to check on the house once every 3 months for possible repairs. If you own a residential building then it is your option to manage it if you have no job otherwise you can hire a manager for that job. Usually the manager handles the payment of rent and also supervises the needed repairs aside from the issues raised by the residents.

That will depend on my availability at that very moment. However, giving it to property managers is the best practice because it comes with many advantages. Tenants cooperate easily with property managers since they're strict than landlords or property owners. Property managers also see to the legal affairs of your property so relieve you from stress.

Seriously I rather give it to property managers to deal with....They always make sure that all is well with your property even by using legal means.... Sometimes as a land or property owner you might feel pity for some of your tenants when it's comes to paying and this may delay your money but there is nothing like that with them property managers.... They'll get you your money on time and at the same time make sure your house or land is in a perfect shape.

It is good to manage your properties yourself if you have a good management skill, but when you lack management skills is best you give it to a professional manager to avoid risk. Everyone is a manager because our everyday life have has to do with management, but in areas of profession you have to give your properties to those who are specialist in that area of management.

If it's just simple transaction like renting it to a person I know, I think I'll handle it myself. But if I'm a selling a house that has a huge value then I would prefer to have a professional help. I would seek for an real estate agent as they are the one whose expertise is to sell houses.

after building your property you can decide to manage the yourself though it is very stressful and time taking too, managing it yourself is the best but it involves a lot of stress, but giving it to a managing agency too is good, it reduces your stress and they will be the ones to the the job for you, if your job involves less stress you can just go ahead and manage it yourself but if your your job involves much stress you can just give it to a managing agency to manage.

I agree with you. Management is very important which is why there’re companies that offers management services. I prefer employing services like that cause it’s their area of expertise and they’ll know more about it. Also this will give me time to focus on other business

This question have differ of answers. Firstly if am chanced, I mean if am not a busy person I will manage my building myself. But if am the busy type that have other things doing and also have work to attend to. I will rather hand over to a management company for effective management.

Companies doesn't accept any kind of structure for commercial purposes. They accept structure they find suitable for to match their company's demands. So you will plan your structure if it meets company's demands or not. Their are other benefits you can except leasing out to companies. You can build, for renting purposes.

If I build a property I will definitely manage it myself. A lot of money will probably go into building it so I can't just hand it over to a management company. I rather take care and look after my property myself. I wouldn't trust another party to manage it the way I would.
