After building your properties, would rather manage it yourself or give it to a management company.

if i'm able to secure enough time it will be great to handle my property myself but if there is no time i can hand over to a trusted sibling or a credible agent
 
Why would I build a business and give it to a management company to manage for me, why build a business in the first place I can't manage, if ever am going to start a business it will definitely be one I can manage on my own and run successfully, I can only employ expertise on advice in some areas but not to manage my own business for me.

I would love to manage myself my properties.
Because i think i can manage it best rather than giving it to a management company.
Because in this way i will remain satisfy as well as i will feel convenience and it will make me splendid in my business to manage properties of myself as well as of others.
 
depends on the number of those properties, if they are less than 20, then managing them is a really easy thing to do, so easy that's not worth paying for its management, sales and everything else can be handled real easy
 
Getting an expert to manage your your property after you might have finished building is not bad idea ,you need experience in management. You need Expertise to give you a positive results and the best results.
 
I will give it out to a management company, but I will make sure that the management company does not over manage my property, thereby adding there own percentage to the actual price, it makes the property stays longer than usual because of the exobitant price.

I'm sure there's a lot of expertise involved with managing a property. I don't want to mess it up and so I would surely hire professionals to do the job. Of course, I'm going to be involved in the process but ill leave the technicalities to the gurus in the field.
 
I will prefer to have my property managed by an agent than have it done by myself. There is nothing great in struggling with my tenants to collect rent from them on a yearly or monthly basis. This is pretty okay for me as the agent will get their commission while I get mine too.

I prefer giving it to a property managing firm to help me manage. With this you will avoid so many stress which might come from the people using the property. The managing firm will serve as intermediary between you and the people using your property you only pay the firm commission of agreed amount.
 
i prefer managing it myself and oversee the running activities such that if any need arises i would know what to tackle and the consultation to make.given it to a property manager is not also a bad idea if you do not have enough time to dedicate to the properties but you have to be sure that they are reliable agents that are tested and trusted

If I have the opportunity to build my own house I will prefer to handle the agent service myself since I have the knowledge of running the business, I will rather do it myself rather than employing the service of a manager.

As for me, property agents will manage my properties for me. I expect professionally seasoned property managers who knows all that there is in the estate management industry to their knowledge to bare.
 
If I have the opportunity to build my own house I will prefer to handle the agent service myself since I have the knowledge of running the business, I will rather do it myself rather than employing the service of a manager.
 
If I have my own property or if am building my own property it depends on certain circumstances that will decide whether I will manage it myself or I will give it to a managing company to take care of the property example of such thing that can make me to give it to a managing company is if I'm already occupied with other activities that I do not have time to manage with myself I'll give it to a managing company to take care of it but if I have enough time with me I will manage all my property myself.
 
That would be the first thing I put into consideration before building any property or housing investment, the management aspect but as always It literally depends on what kind of building project am embarking on before I know if I could manage it myself or lease it out to a company to manage for me.
 
I think it is better to let the professionals handle it, while you go about your normal business. That's just my opinion, some people will love to handle the business themselves to remove third party interference.
Some persons are always scared of mismanagement, and misappropriation of funds, this is the problem of many agencies that manages people's property, so it's sometimes better to manage your property your self
