After building your properties, would rather manage it yourself or give it to a management company.

After building my own personal property with my time dedication seriously I will rather engage myself than handling to any company only if I am capable of running it affairs effectively but if I am incapable then I better handle to company to run.
 
For me though and with all I have planned, I doubt I would be the one managing my properties, that isn't my job and there are those that it's their jobs and would do a better job than I in it, I would rather have lots of properties so that means I would be needing an estate manager
 
If you are not the very busy type of person, and you really know our around managing a building, why not, you manage it yourself and cut any expenses in-between. But if you don't know how to, then give it to property managers to that for you

The problem here is that not all the managers are honest. many people hire contractors to get their homes constructed and contractors are very dishonest in my country. Of course not all the contractors are dishonest people and I am not generalising here. However, I am only talking about dishonest contractors specifically. So I really doubt anyone would handle over their property to managers in my city.
 
I will like to categorize the property into two, the first one is the one I'm using personally while the second one is the one I use for commercial. I can give out the commercial ones for property agent to manage for me but I'll rather manage th done I'm using by myself.
If I have building my properties. I will give it to agents to manage for me so that I can go out to source for another source of income. I have never imagined myself having only source of income.
 
after building my property if I do not have any other thing in that I'm managing I will manage the property myself it will be the best for me than giving it to a manager to manage.
 
I would rather manage my properties myself if I have the time because of the lack of trustworthy managers who are sincere enough to focus on caring for the property and not just focused on the money they are getting from it.
 
I will definitely manage if a build a property because you are the best person to manage your asset as you will not need to pay cost to someone to manage it and you will be the best to make good decision which will not have a negative effect
 
Real estate is a professional business that should be left in the hand of professional. Building a house does not that person a qualify professional to manage the house. The management of the house should be in the hand of estate manager.
 
In building a company it really depends on your knowledge about it operation. if it is a kind of company that I have knowledge about it then is quite better for me to run the affairs my self with a number of persons under my control which may advice and handle operation on my behalf.
 
After building your property/empire , managing it will depend on how free or how busy You are , normally its adviseable to manage the property yourself for proper monitoring but if you are busy its also adviseable to get a specialist to manage it for you.
 
Yes, in my future business project I hope to manage it myself. And if it is very difficult in some cases, I would seek the support of family members who are professional administrators. But first I would try it because I have administrative knowledge and until now I think I can do it without the support of third parties.
Your case is quite different due to your knowledge in the real estate sector.But for me i would give it to an estate manager to manage for me,because i have not enough knowledge on mangement.In my country most properties owners give it to administrators to handle,because the collection of rentage could be very difficult.

Well, yes, but one of the things we benefit from in my country is that every person who wants to live in a rented house must sign a lease. As for this contract, it will be signed in a notary public, which gives value to what is described in it, legally.
 
It depends on a lot of things like how large the property I am building is and it also depends on how occupy I am with other business, if the property is large and I have occupied with other activities that I won't have time to do it myself then I will pay for a managing company to do it.
 
If these said properties are many in number, I think I might have to engage the services of a very reputable body to manage it for me than managing it myself more so if I have not got the experience well enough yet

If your properties are more than 2 then that you means you are wealthy so it is not good to waste your time in managing your properties unless that is your choice of occupation. You can enjoy life by traveling maybe or by spending time with your hobbies. But if you are not rich then I guess you have to manage the properties yourself.

Nice explanation , if you have more than two to three estate and not properties , I believe you can still manage two buildings , so its better to oversee it yourself rather that getting someone else to manage for you .

Very true point there. Properties don't come cheap. If someone had that number of properties, such a person need not be the one handling managing of the properties except it's actually what they do for a living
 
Managing your business or properties yourself helps you to manage it the way you want it that will brings you the profits that you desired. Employing the services of a management company is not really a bad idea if you do not have the time to manage it yourself, it is just that employing the services of a management company also comes at a cost which will one way or the other affects the financial pocket of the business.
 
This would depend on if or not I have things that I am doing. But Early on, I would most likely manage them myself to cost the huge fees I would pay to agents.
 
If I have the opportunity to build my own house I will prefer to handle the agent service myself since I have the knowledge of running the business, I will rather do it myself rather than employing the service of a manager.
I agree with you. I'll like to manage the property myself except I am indisposed or out of that location, then I'll have to get someone else to manage the property.
