I think it depends upon your own choice and way of business which you are doing. I means either you have much time to look after your own business or you have other businesses and can't give much time to it. But one should take care of his business by yourself because it keeps you in touch with your properties and you are well aware of what's going on.

I think it is advisable that you give the role of management of your properties to a company in order to manage it effectively. One might not have enough experience to manage one's property and also, one might have other jobs to engage in. I understand this fear, but there are reputable companies out there who will mange the properties well. Personally I wouldn't want to be disturbed with issues surrounding the property, I can then use the time judiciously. Managing it yourself too is not a bad idea.

I would prefer to manage it myself. First when it comes to profit when you manage it yourself you get the profit as opposed to also having to pay the person that manages it for you. Also, if you look at the managing of it as well you can enforce and handle it the way you see fit and have the care and the dedication that may not be exhibited by someone who is not as heavily invested into it as you are. This is very important. Then again if you do not have the skills to do so then I suggest getting someone else to manage it.

i will prefer managing properties myself than giving it out to the properties manager because most properties manager will have not only my property to manage because they father for different source and it is hard for them to pay most attention to your property alone but if i do not get time then i can decide to sign an agreement with him through a lawyer before handing him my property to manage

I would rather give it to an agent, a lot of people after renting property to them and the tentage eventually expires it would be a tug of war trying to make them pay, but with the help of an agent which they fear very well over here in my country, it won't take much time for them to pay off the rent.

it all depends on you and if you have the time if you have the time to manage your property well it would be a good idea to manage it yourself but if not it's better to give it to a managing company to help you look after it well

Looking at the way that the estate agent manages some property, I am left with no choice but to manage it by myself because the rate of my concern about any damages we are very paramount to me and in general will be helpful to the occupant.
but if I can find a good and excellent AGENT that can manage my property without a scornful act I guess I will have to give it a trial.
