Taking breaks in circumstances where you lose a lot of money is good but not too advisable. In the process of taking breaks, you might end up being discouraged and you don't find strength to come back again. What am I saying I'm essence? Don't let the break be too long. Three days is okay for a serious business person to get over it and move on.

But, do you think someone can completely get over a loss of money? I think it is highly dependent on the amount lost though.

Someone can actually get over the loss of a huge sum of money. It would take time though to completely get over. I have lost money and I felt so devastated but I can't kill myself. You just have to see where the losses came from, strategize and work it out again.

When I lose a large amount of money, I try to forget about it and think about what I can learn from it. This is very important because for me, every mistake is also a lesson I can learn from and use to improve myself.
