To stay financially healthy, it is very important to keep your entire spending below 50 percent of your income. The total amount you should be spending on things like rents, utility bills, grocery, insurance, fuel, etc. should be under 50 percent. With the remaining 50 percent, you should be building your retirement funds, emergency funds, investment funds, as well as funds to buy property or even luxury things.

These are very optimistic plans because I think 90 percent of people will not be able to do this because the world economy will never allow so much to be saved. I try to save money, but I only manage to save no more than 15 percent of the income, because all the rest of the money is for life needs
