When should the staff give his employees bonuses?

Employees should receive or be given bonus once there is a massive income with profit through there own hardworking at least next time, they will feel motivated to improve more.
The staff should give their employees bonus anytime them feel like to give depending when them make passive income in your business, I think that is the actual time them can feel like to give.

Probably, you need to calculate your profit and bring out some certain percentage of it to give to your workers as incentives in order to motivate them and thank them for a job well done.

Bonuses and incentives should be included in the package every employee receives monthly, more so those hard working employee should be rewarded specially, in terms of award etc.

Personally I think there is no specific fixed time that an entrepreneur is supposed to give free gifts to his employees. it depends on his choice and the best time he wanted.

Honestly depends on the type of work being done. I think it really comes down to the work put in and the quality of said work. If you are busting your ass out there making sure your job is done. The ones that go above and beyond with the work they do. I view bonuses as something I only give when I find a worker who listens, does the work in due course, is capable and asks questions when needed and so on.

I think it also depends on what you think is worthy of a bonus. I think bonuses should come at least once a year, or every few times when a worker breaks a record or does exceptional work. And goes above and beyond in the customer support side too. Stuff like that.

Also, I think giving out employee of the month awards helps morale too. It's kinda like a bonus if you think about it.
