When should the staff give his employees bonuses?

Staff should give his or her workers bonuses anytime the worker does good by lifting your business in one way or the other. Most bonuses should be a one that will motivate the worker also.
 
It is one of the ways to encourage the employee is to do better because they will feel really important when you give them incentives for the work they've been doing in your company.

Yes, I agree with you. It should be given to boost the morale and enthusiasm of the workers. However, it shouldn't be given too frequently to avoid it losing its value and aim.
 
Bonuses have been a thing of contention among employees of different workplaces. In my company, we had a session with our group head and this was still raised.
In my opinion, bonuses should be given once a year and regularly at that same period afterwards. It could be given after profits are declared or during festive season depending on the modus operandi of the company to avoid irregularities or irregular patterns.

Bonuses shouldn't be given every time. And it should only be given to deserving employees to avoid it losing its value. At times, it should always come as a surprise and not when the staff is expecting it.

I don't really get the question asked. It's a manager of a company that gives bonuses to it's staff not staff giving to it's employees.. but whichever case it is bonuses should be plat of any business structure in other to succeed.

Like seriously I think workers need to be compensated.

When you compensate your workers then you will be able to have quality services from them so bonus need to be awarded for workers who deserve it we dont just need to be greedy
