What management style can I use to motivate my employees

One of the best way to motivate your employees is to provide daily bonuses. This was something that my company used to offer but they also used to pressurize the workers and this was bad. Pressurizing should be avoided.
Giving your employees bonuses is a good idea but it should not be daily. This is because you might be unable to keep with it for long period of time.
 
Rewarding diligence is really important and it helps motivate others to work harder, also a celebration after a big contract is also a motivating factor.

Personally I believe that as long as workers are getting paid well and when they are supposed to be paid there will always be motivated to work very well for the company that employed them.

I personally believe that if you keep on paying your workers when you're supposed to pay them and always offer them tips for doing well they will always be motivated to do their job very well.

Actually, you can motivate your employees by adopting a friendly disposition towards them at all times. It will make them feel valued and appreciated by the management and they will give their best in return.
