What management style can I use to motivate my employees

If your work place has a company kind of setting, then you should give them targets to meet up with unfailingly. This will help motivate them alot.
 
The best management style you can use in business to motivates your employees is to give them a sense of belonging in everything that you do. Let them be involved in business decision process and allow them to operate with an open mind.
 
As a manager or owner virtually everyone thinks that you are are not suppose to engage in work,but to supervise the workers by just folding your arms and making some decisions,but when you engage tirelessly in working,and maintain a friendly standard then the work will sit up and work without you talking
 
For your employees to stay motivated, you need to identify the skills and abilities of each of them. Then you can assign duties based on this. When people work with ability, they do it with zeal. Also, make sure that you appreciate them every now and then.
