I'm definitely a TV series guy what about you?

Me personally I feel TV shows are more well written especially these days and also I have a hard time sitting through a whole movie but if it was the 80's I would definitely go with movies.

That's depend to the serie or the movie you would watch i like both but if i have to choose i think series better
because you will take a long time to end them when the movie end in 2 hours or less

Depends how much time I have available to spend. If i start watching a series that most likely I'm going to want to binge watch it until the end

I say both ... those who are busy all the time they can't have the time to watch series but perhaps movies ... series watched mostley by tenagers ...

TV series. I can't remember the last movie I have watched. It has been years, I know that. The movie industry tanked. Movies just aren't as good these days and it isn't worth the cost.

I like movies more than series

I like to find the truth in both of them, what I mean I am a seeker of golden nuggets from movies and tv series.

I only like to watch the new movies on Netflix and EGGY Best, I don't like the series because I need more time to complete them reverse to the movies.

I am a TV series person too. I rarely watch movies, except if they are romantic comedies. As for the series, I love watching investigative series and comedy series. They are really so well written this days and watching one episode prompts you to watch the next three or more.

Call it my opinion , but what I feel is both are similar , TV series are mini multiple movie parts. I enjoy both , it's just movies are way less time consuming.

Both are essential and good electronics to utilize on, but I'm not a watching type. I occasionally watch something, which is football match.

I don't like TV series that much. But when we talk of movies most especially action movies than watching a TV series which I might not be able to follow up till the end.

I would still go with movies even in this present day because I get to see the end after some minutes but for series I may not be able to finish it up because of my work .

It depends.
I am under the impression that almost all of my answers start with "It depends", but what do you expect with such a vague question ? TV series are not better in every aspect than movies. The opposite isn't true either.
However, TV show are better in some aspects in my opinion. The length of a TV series allows the creation and development of characters with a depth that will never be possible in a movie. It's much easier to create characters with whom the viewers will identify. When I finish a series, I feel sad that I have to leave those characters, some of which are almost like my friends.
For the storyline, there are advantages too. The length of a TV shows allows a better development of alternative storylines and scenaristic detours, both of which enable the creation of a more profound and complete universe. Moreover, the "splitted" nature of a TV show create natural "chapters" which (when used well) make the show more enjoyable by creating artificial suspense and rythm.
But there are some things that will always be easier to find in Movies. The budget per video length is much, much higher in movies than in TV shows and we can say whatever we want, it's still a good thing.
Moreover, the amount of thinking and the work on the writing is higher in a movie, allowing the creation of beautiful concepts that would not be viable in TV shows (memento).
Besides, regardless of how much time was needed to create a concept, some are just not viable in a TV show format. Can you imagine a TV show that people enjoy for the same kind of reason that people enjoy The usual Suspects ? Seven ? Ocean's Eleven ?
There is also the problem of the rhythm. Although TV shows are very heterogeneous in that category, I've yet to find a series with zero "filler" episodes, where nothing really happen in the storyline. Many great movies keep you hanging on the side of you couch for an hour and a half.
So the answer is it depends. Or the answer is no, if I interpret the question literally. It all comes down to what you prefer and what you're looking for. Personally, I'm a TV shows kind of guy. But it doesn't mean that I don't enjoy a good movie from time to time. And I certainly can't say that TV shows are better.

I think so too but it depends on the kind of Tv series. I am a serious kind of guy. Although I do watch some movies but I prefer a well written TV series to any movie at all. I can boldly say tv series are better scripted than movies.

It depends. Some series are just long and boring. It takes a good recommendation from someone or even people for me to start watching a series and if I find it interesting, then I prefer it to a movie. Bit in order not to be disappointed, I go for just short movies that I can opt out from at any minute

I have always love watching TV series than movies because the series are so long and interesting. They keep me wanting to know what will happen next. However, recently I have developed an interest in watching Movies, especially romantic comedies and general comedy movies. These have made me go back to watching movies.

I prefer Television series to other movies, because it makes you look forward to watching the next episode with really high expectations.

I am definitely more of a movie person because I really get tired of watching series due to their long-running time and I will have to be keeping tab on them from time to time instead of movies that I will watch at a go.

I used to enjoy movies but now I prefer series to movies especially Korean series, it's all about preference really so you have to have your own niche, I still watch movies too though but I watch series more now

There is no way you will see me watching two hours movie, its series or nothing, except i am been compelled by friends because of a favourite character, there and then.

I prefer a perfect movie than TV series this is because TV series take lots of time and suspense what I can watch a perfect movie for just one hour while TV series will take months or years before I can be able to finish it. This is why I go for movie however most people prefer TV series.

I most definitely prefer television series that movie. There was a point I did prefer movies though, but for now, I love watching series films

I like how a television series can be more in-depth than a film simply because of the amount of time a storyline can be given to develop. However, I tend to watch television as though it were a movie; one large block at a time (for example, when I first started watching Dexter, the second season was just ending). I was caught up in about 5 days).

Tv series actually puts you in suspense, plus it takes a longer period of time to finish watching it all, but in the case of movies you finish within a short time, i like the both.

As for me I prefer TV series that movie this is because TV series always put me in suspense and I wait to complete it. But movies are sometimes boring

I like watching movie a lot this is because when I'm watching movie I like to be focused and understand the movie very well but TV series always put me in suspense I hate that a lot.

I prefer tv series to movies, cause a series contains alot of details that the movie might not be able to give cause of the time limit. Aside that more to binge on.

For me I prefer movies to TV series . I just like starting and finishing it the same day so I can go ahead to watch other movies. TV series most times are hard to follow up because you can miss out on some parts but you can easily follow up a movie till it finishes

I love movie's like mad I balance both tv series and full movie together it depends on what they are offering me as added knowledge not to just be of unnecessary love or u reality life style I love something that I think it happens

Well it depends but I love series on the long run. Because of the fact that it's lengthy and you have so much suspense filled at the end of each episode

Well I do not have a specific preference, there are days I go for movies and there are days I just want to watch a show. Most times I go for tv series cause I want to watch something that won't end easily

TV series is always the best. The long wait and anticipation to watch the next scene or season is something you can't just take away. It is really nice

Well movies are for me I don't like it when I see a movie and you telling me to come watch the other episode start the movie and let it end zimple.

I like both but I love movies. Cause most TV shows I hv seen takes a lot of time to produced next episode to some point it will be called off due to financial issues

I've always prefered movies and not serieses, Because of the simple reason that serises are long and the "To be countiniued" is annoying I want to see the entire story and events, I dont want to be told "Wait for the next and the next episode" and a movie is simple 2 hours approximately and then theres an end, although sometimes there are unexplained or unfinished things in the movie this is still an end and thats what I like!. My father have been always showing me movies and since then this is one of my favorite hobbies.

I prefer TV series to movies because I found out that movies and too short for me and trying to get used to new stories again and again, as in the case of movies, is just not my style.
