I quite agree with you,because the issue of respect should be on a reciprocal bases,no matter how the age disparaty is the respect should be mutual,while obaying stipulated rules in the firm.

The major roles of employees in a business venture is to take instruction from their employers. That will only be possible if there is some level of respect.
It doesn't make sense to look down on someone you are working for and someone who's feeding you indirectly. This would lead to problems in work place. No, don't even think about it.

Respect is reciprocal,that is the word of the elders. In any organisation we find ourselves , respect must be given to everyone not mining positions. That is how it shall also be returned
Probably, it is actually foolish for you to look down on someone who is paying your salary. You need to try as much as possible to give them maximum respect as long as you are working in their business venture.

The major purpose of working in any business venture is to carry out instructions from the owners. Before you carry out their instructions you must of course respect them.
If you abide by the rules and regulations you'll not have any problem, but we do have some platforms especially paid to post platforms they like to shift blames to most of their members even if you did not violate any of their rules.
Just like you said in your piece, a person should respect his or boss like every other human. Though, your boss is not doing much favour to you because you're being paid for your work, you still have respect every him or her. For me, in anywhere I have work, I have never disrespect my boss. That's true, everybody in this organization need respect, because we all know that respect is a reciprocal so both employers and employees all need respect, so everybody should be given respect when it's needed.
Yes I strongly believe respect is good and the employee should respect the owner and therefore, the owner should also respect the employee.
It is just something that is reciprocal. As a business owner you should have rules and regulations in your business and when you feel that your employee is not representing your interest then you should lay the employee off.

Exactly. In all the same not withstanding your position in any business organisation you are working, everyone is expected to respect each other for a continuous and progressive progress in the business or organisation.

If you're not accorded the respect that you deserve at workplace, it could affect you psychologically, but it is very necessary to control your emotions because if you are not respected, it shouldn't affect you at work places at all.

At the same time it is quite difficult for you to work and you are not respect . Imagine a situation that people looks down on you or take you as you never exist. This is never going to be a funny experience
I am of the opinion that the business owners should try as much as possible to put down rules that are regarding how employees would respect one another.
