One can only be a successful manager if one's business is successful, much of the success of your business depends on the staff you have, as a manager you should be able to get the best out of your workers, have good communication with them and lead by example.

But i would like to add one more point, You should be familier with uour clients . These are the people who help you to carry own the business. So we should treat them as a part of family.
 
A good manager must not overlook even the slightest shift from normalcy in the business. He must properly investigate all anomalies, it may be a reduction in funds which may be due to an employee embezzling money from the company.
 
To become a successful manager it's not easy you must work for it in order to be promoted to management role. And being a manager does not guarantee success. Successful managers are effective and productive. They can lead,motivate, set goals, set examples as a leader and inspire others to achieve their best. To become a successful manager, you must possess habits that will allow you to accomplish your goals and bring out the best in others to achieve the organisational goals.

as a business manager,the other aspect in the company rely solely on you and they look up to you for.a massive turn out.as a business manager you have to be active, follow trends and get books to read to improve on your task.also,you have to be discipline and you don't have to rule for selfish interest as any action you take will impact on the business whether positive or negative

Indeed a good manger should always set an example for his employees to follow. And not just an example but a positive example that can impact their lives positively. A manager must be tolorative and slow to anger.remember he is dealing with large amount of people hence, he must be open to different ideas from them all. He should also understand his workers attitude and behavior to manage them well.

Yes you are very correct. A good manager who's is not having a codial relationship with his members of staff is not a good manager. Being a good example to your staff makes it easy for all of them to work in accordance with obligation of the organization.
