Becoming a good manager is not always inherent. It takes time to build oneself to become a competent and effective manager. You have to be diligent and patient with your staff in handling dispute
 
I believe that someone who is a business manager will always have a listening ear to his workers and customers because it is the best way to find out what is wrong that need to be addressed.
 
As it stands if you want to be very successful as a business manager you must learn how to communicate between the upper authorities and lower body in your business to help both partners function very well.

That is very true I think that becoming a good manager will take you alot of time that can be done through planing and constant managerial training which will help improve the skills you needed at work

A good manager knows how to bring our best in the people. he knows how to identify the strength of each of the workers under him and exploit them to the company's advantage.
 
You can become a successful business manager when you have education, skills, and a lot of experience. people management skill is another skill that you need as a business manager.
 
Well, it do depend on the business or company you are being employed to as a manager but first of all you must ensure that you are experienced in matters relating to the business because every business do come with their own strategy and method of operating
