It's obvious that many of them don't understand what is really happening in the real estate market. One need to invest a lot of money to even to be thinking of making money. Yes, that is the main issue when you want to invest in real estate. It is the safest investment here so many are angling for that. However, the capital is huge that until now I am still trying to gain more funds for my plan to buy a land in the countryside which is cheaper than a lot in the city.

Yes I can agree ,an also an investment like like treasury bill that is supported by the government is also good to invest on, if you need a personal investment then real estate is the best because you can actually make money from it if you invested earlier in a good location.
