I have had investment in real estate in the past and I have never had issues with the investment because it always pays me what it's supposed to pay and when it's supposed to be paid. It's only stock investment that has eluded me for a while now but definitely sooner than later, I'm going to do it.

Real estate to me is the best for small capital investors. Like you rightly said, if the investor gets a property like shops in busy areas or hostels in school areas, he will make because the place will always be occupied by tenants who will pay either monthly or yearly.

I reckon that you're supposedly from Nigeria because it's where I'm from as well and it's a fact that real estate industry is considered an oil well as long as Nigeria is concerned. House rents are too high that you can't afford it in just any place you fancy and it's in real estate that all the money goes into.
