Opening forum with one more partner

I have interest to find a one more person who will be devoted on having a forum 50/50, there is no "It is mine because I am hosting it" and stuff like that.
I need only serious person.

I do not want a forum with general chat threads, forum such as Bizdustry thematics.
I want a partner who wants something unique, something that is not yet seen out there. We can discuss via PM on this.

All details regarding forum software and stuff like that also discussed via PM.

You don't have to call out specific forums. This is looking for trouble in my opinion. You should have left your explanation at "I do not want a forum with general chat threads".
