I agree with you, so many business owner lack focus because they accept all kind of advice from people so they become confuse of what to do, and so person are so lazy and bad manner to the point they have to chase there customers away

Very true some of these business owners or managers lack focus because they got it easy, they did not stress themselves to get to where they are, they got it in a platter of gold, so they tend to not take things seriously hence no focus on what they do.

I also think there are many things that can lead to failure, and I agree that focusing too much on the money can do more harm than good in some cases. It is more efficient to be motivated by your mission or your goals for the business itself rather than the money.
