It will definitely lead to problem and sometimes the are count record keeping of the business will be affected, arrangement and and any decision that is carried out in a business organisation must not be carried out by one person.
When you use the business funds without the consent of the cofounder of the business, it is as if you're stealing from your partner which will leads to a serious disagreement.

Ofcourse , such action tcan lead to a break in the business because one of the founders will feel cheated and will lose the trust he has on the other Co founder

That is a very bad idea. Who will do that if not an enemy of progress. Although you may be the principal founder, you ought not to use business funds without the knowledge of the co-founder.
Very true, even the founder on most cases has to give account of what have been spent, not to mention a co founder or an employee. This would lead to mistrust and the business would not be able to flow well.

Yes you are right, its quite bad to dip your hand into the fundbthats meant for the company and both of you (co-founders) without the notice or informing your business partner , to me its an act of stealing.
I think these things are no longer possible again because partners make sure that one person cannot take out money without both parties giving their signatory.
