Is it wise to use business funds without telling the co founder?

It is not good to take business funds without telling the co founder, is very bad for someone to for that because is not advisable, one need to be sincere.
 
Using business funds without telling the cofounder is not a wise thing to do at all it brings about or caused trust issues which can leads to fight between the two partners. In fact, using funds without cofounder approval of it can be seen as stealing business funds.
 
No matter how you look at it or the reason, you should not take funds out of a business without informing your co owners or a management staff at least because it would be the start of mistrust and that is not good.
 
That will raise uproar, the two partners should have mutual understanding. Before going to do anything or make any decisions around the business the both needs to agreed on it to avoid dispute.

Exactly , being a Co founder means that the business decisions shouldn't be carried out by one particular person but the founders. Such actions will lead to problem
