Is it advisable to hand over your property to an agent or caretaker.?

If I bought or have a property like house and land, should I put it in charge of a caretaker.
The work of a caretaker is to take care of the house in the absence of the real owner, but we all know how bad and dubious people can be, they can mess up your property in your absence and ruin you real bad.

hello friend. there is no harm if you handover your property to a care taker because in your absence he will manage all things which is required at the right and he will be there to collect all money if you have rented that

I think it is a wise and good decision
if you hand over your property to a caretaker all real estate agent because they will give you the real value of your property because they had trained to do that unless you are trained in the field is this management then you can do your property alone but if not hand it over to a real estate agent.

Giving ones property for agent or caretaker can be frustrating most times when they are after their own personal gain anytime they are dealing with clients who are ready to take up the property. They add crazy charges to the property making people to run away from it thereby leaving the property there for a long time.
 
If the caretaker is very prudent and trustworthy there is nothing stopping me from handing over my property to him. those are the two qualities I look into people that I am going to hand over my real estate property to. If they are prudent they will manage my property very well. Also if they are trustworthy I am rest assured that I will always get my money from them. I'm not going to hand over the property any agency if they like those two qualities.

honestly, if you are to take the best decision as far as real estate is concerned, taking this would have been the best. You can simply get a trustworthy real estate agents to handle your properties for you, it will bring more profits when someone who understands businesses do it.
 
I guess this depends on you if you can if you don't have time to monitor the business all real estate then you should go give it to a caretaker that can help you monitor the estate well and also rent buyers of went to the business
